Join us for our another Brewer Versus Dinner... This time it's Beer vs Spirits!

We're excited to welcome Humboldt Craft Spirits for a friendly competition with our master brewer, Carlos. They'll go head to head, introducing their choices for each dish in your 5 course meal. Pairings have been carefully selected and you will be the judge!

This is a unique opportunity for an interactive tasting with the brewer and distiller.

Cost $75 per person, limited to 40 people
Ticket price includes a 5 course dinner - each course is paired with a 1oz spirit tasting AND 4oz beer tasting

Menu:

Course #1: Chilean Sea Bass Taco (Pan seared Chilean sea bass, shredded cabbage, Gruyere cheese, pickled onion, salsa verde creme and fresh cilantro on a corn tortilla)

Course #2: Three Potato Chowder

Course #3: Berry Bleu Salad (Strawberries and blueberries on mixed greens with crushed pistachios, Bleu cheese crumbles and drizzled with a lime vinaigrette)

Course #4: Cherry Glazed French Pork Ribs served with truffled macaroni and cheese and lemon herb seasoned green beans

Course #5: Maple Bourbon Bread pudding
