Small Batch Craft Beer
Moonstone porter 6.2% ABV 22 IBU
Moonstone Beach is a local treasure in Humboldt County, a classic hang spot and a classic beer. Dominant roasted coffee notes strike the palate head on followed by a robust, dark chocolate finish when delving into this traditional English style Porter. These sweet, smooth profiles are balanced by a subtle bitterness from the malt’s roasting process, and further accentuated by its blend of whole Pacific Northwest hop cones.
MACADAMIA NUT PORTER 6% ABV 22 IBU
A sweet and robust porter with nutty, chocolate and coffee notes serving to balance its decadent profile. Makes for a delightful dessert pairing… or you could have it with some ribs or something too, whatever’s clever we’re not the boss of you.
SASQUATCH DOUBLE IPA 9.2% ABV 99 IBU
Sasquatch Double IPA was first brewed in 2004 to honor the newly re-established brewery in McKinleyville, California. Legendary, like the beast itself, Sasquatch Double IPA, is loaded with Pacific NW, Cascade and Columbus whole cone hops to a beastly 99 IBU then perfectly balanced with our mix of all imported malts.
CHILI PEPPER SPICY ALE 6% ABV 22 IBU
"It's hot boy!" A Crisp American Wheat Ale infused with Brewmaster Carlos' special blend of fresh and fire roasted chiles for some serious burn. Clean and aromatic with a kick! Delicious as a slow supper and makes a great mixer for beer cocktails or marinade. A Great American Beer Festival medal silver medal winner is known “to punish the palate” in all the best ways. Fresh ingredients make the tastiest beers.
Los Cerveza mexican lager. 5.6% ABV 31 IBU
Take a trip south of the border with Los Cerveza! Brewed with imported Pilsner malt, wheat malt and flaked maize for an authentic Mexican style lager. Golden hued crisp and refreshing!
Raspberry lambic 7% ABV 10 IBU
Inspired by the fruity Lambics of Belgium, we’ve strived to recreate this fabulous style for Six Rivers Brewery. After numerous attempts starting over 20 years ago, The Raspberry Lambic Style Ale was born. A special Belgian yeast was selected along with Belgian dark candi syrup and Noble Hallertau Mittelfruh hops. The brew is then aged on 400 lbs. of real raspberries and toasted French oak chips. All these ingredients combine to make this delightful ruby red ale a popular favorite winning dozens of local and regional awards.

Dark Mexican-style Lager made with certified Regenerative malt from Proximity Malting Co. Dark Cerveza has a complex malt profile including toasted malt and chocolate notes but light on the pallet with a smooth finish.
I can’t put my finger on it belgian-style golden ale 5.4% ABV 45 IBU
This beer is the first recipe our Brewmaster wrote for his Nano-brewery, Humboldt Regeneration, and we can’t be more excited to add it to the Six Rivers line-up. I Can’t Put My Finger on It has a smooth malt flavor complimented by the subtle fruit and spice profile of the Belgian yeast. The name is a tribute to our brewmaster’s favorite band-ween.
Humboldt IPA 6.6% ABV 90 ibu
Humboldt IPA is the third beer brought to us from Humboldt Regeneration. Humboldt IPA is a west coast style Known for prominent hop bitterness balanced with herbal and resinous notes, rounded out by subtle tart fruit and rich, slightly sweet malt undertones. Brewed with centennial hops this IPA is the perfect representation of what Humboldt county can offer.
